Root to Ridge: A Free Naturalist Hike with Friends of the Inyo

Join Trail Ambassador Aiden for a guided hike to learn about the interconnectedness of local flora and fauna in the Eastern Sierra against the stunning backdrop of the Virginia Lakes.

📅 Dates: Sunday 7/5, 8/2, 8/30, 9/27. Select tickets for a specific date below.

⌚ Time: 9:30 AM to 11 AM

📍 Location: Virginia Lakes Trailhead

 🐻 Special considerations: There is a vault toilet available at the trailhead. Participants should bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), layers for temperature regulation, good walking footwear, and water. All ages are welcome!

REGISTRATION

Each individual participant must register. Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian register for them. Registration is, and always will be, completely free! Optional donations support our continued stewardship and policy programming.
