Sticker – Crosscut Saw for Stewardship
$3.00
This sticker features the iconic Mount Whitney with a crosscut saw and a trail worker. Thank your local trail worker! 100% of proceeds go to Friends of the Inyo, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that protects and cares for the lands and waters of the Eastern Sierra. Did you know Friends of the Inyo hosts a Trail Ambassador in each ranger district on the Inyo National Forest every year in partnership with the Forest Service? They help maintain the trails, pack out trash, remove logs, and educate visitors on the local ecosystem and Leave No Trace principles. The crosscut saw is featured because almost all our work is in designated Wilderness, where no power tools like chainsaws are allowed, so our Trail Ambassadors really put in the sweat equity! FREE interpretive hikes are offered in the summer season to help expand your connection to nature. Our stewardship team also hosts volunteer events year-round so you can stay involved with Eastern Sierra land stewardship.
Size: Smaller than other FOI stickers – 1.5 inches high by 2.5 inches wide.
