Flash Foxy Climbing Festival Stewardship Day

The fifth annual Flash Foxy Climbing Festival will culminate in a grand stewardship extravaganza in Pine Creek, the Volcanic Tablelands, and around the Bishop area. We’re partnering with Flash Foxy, the Bishop BLM, the Inyo National Forest, the Bishop Climbing Rangers, the Eastern Sierra Interpretive Association, and the Bishop Area Climber’s Coalition to restore these areas, both world-renowned climbing destinations and sites of cultural significance for the Bishop Paiute Tribe.
Join us at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 27, at the parking lot of the Mountain Rambler Brewery (186 S. Main Street in Bishop) for breakfast and coffee before the work begins. We’ll wrap up around 12 p.m., so there will be plenty of time to climb in the afternoon.
Wear work-appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes. We’ll provide tools and gloves. All ages welcome!
