If the recent solar eclipse has left you with a desire to keep looking up to the heavens, how about another kind of skygazing, as in stargazing with Friends of the Inyo at our upcoming  Dark Desert Skies Campout at  Conglomerate Mesa on May 17-19? This event is free and includes an evening of films at the Museum of Western Film History in Lone Pine (5/17); a hike to Conglomerate Mesa and overnight camping on Centennial Flat (5/18); plus an easy morning hike on Centennial Flat (5/19).
