Bridgeport Trails Day
September 17 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Join Friends of the Inyo and the Bridgeport Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest as we get out and give back to the public lands we love.
We’ll be doing some work on the Horse Creek trail at Twin Lakes, brushing, lopping, picking up trash and fishing line, and more!
***NOTE: We will be starting at Mono Village, private property owners who have graciously allowed us to park and stage our event there. Please park in the backpacker parking area at the South side of the resort.***
Where: Horse Creek Trail, Twin Lakes
When: 8:30am on Saturday September 17, 2022
Social distancing and mask wearing will be encouraged.
About the Event: All ages are welcome. Bring sunscreen, closed-toed shoes, hat, water and snacks for a morning of work. We will provide gloves, tools, and good cheer.
We’ll have snacks, refreshments, and a great raffle waiting for participants after a morning of giving back to our public lands!
Save time and RSVP below now! This will help us get a head count for attendees, and will let you skip the need to fill out a paper waiver at the event.
Please send any questions about the event to Alex@friendsoftheinyo.org.
All events on public lands are subject to approval by their respective land management agencies, and are not guaranteed in location, number of participants, or activity until permits are finalized.
