August 29, 2018 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

**We regret to say that due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel this event. Please join us at our next interpretive hike
on Saturday 9/22 at Rock Creek Lakes Resort!**

Water is perhaps the most important force that has shaped our Eastern Sierra landscape and culture through time. Join Melissa, a Friends of the Inyo Trail Ambassador, as she takes you on a journey through the Sierra’s water history and hydrology along the Little Lakes Valley Trail in Rock Creek.

Meet at 10AM at the Mosquito Flat Trailhead at the end of Rock Creek Road. Bring water, sunscreen, snacks, layers, and appropriate footwear for hiking. The length of the walk will depend on group consensus (but be prepared to be out for at least two hours). The Little Lakes Valley Trail is fairly easy walking.
