Geology of the Eastern Sierra in Mammoth Lakes with Will Young – 7/15/22

Take in the Mammoth Lakes Basin with Will and learn about the geology of the Eastern Sierra Nevada.
This is a moderate 1.2 miles round trip hike with 375 feet of elevation gain.
Meet at Heart Lake Trailhead the north end of the Duck Pass Trailhead parking lot in the Mammoth Lakes Basin.
When: hike starts at 9:00 and will wrap up around 11:30-12:00.
Bring sturdy shoes, snacks, water, hat, sunglasses, binoculars if you use them and any other essentials for a few hours of hiking.
