Convict Lake Trail Care Day

Calling all volunteers!
This popular trail has gotten overgrown and needs a little love. Because the loop is 3 miles, we can’t get this project done alone! With enough volunteers, we can restore this trail to its proper glory in just one day.
📅 Date: Saturday, August 30th, 2025
⌚ Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: Park at the day use parking lot on the East Shore of the lake. Volunteers will meet here to discuss the plan for the day and enjoy some coffee and donuts from Mammoth Coffee Roasting Co.
🎒 What to Bring:
- closed-toe Shoes you’re comfortable walking up to 3 miles in
- Long pants and long sleeves
- Sun protection (sun screen, hat, sun shirt, sunglasses)
- At least 1 liter of water – more is always better!
- Plenty of snacks and/or lunch
🔨 we will provide all tools, work gloves, and eye protection. We will also have coffee for volunteers in the morning and snacks and refreshments for the day.
