Volunteer Sign-in Agreement
By signing in with Friends of the Inyo’s Volunteer sign in system you agree to release Friends of the Inyo and its agents, employees, officers, coordinators, volunteers, and
directors from any and all liability in the event you are injured or killed or your property is lost while participating in this project. Participants under age 18 must have the signature of parent or legal guardian below.
Privacy
FOI mailing list privacy policy: Using the information below we will check to see if you are on our mailing list and add you if you are not. We do not share our mailing list information. If you do not want to be on our mailing list you can leave the field blank.
Media Release
Photographic Model Release: FOI occasionally uses images from its outings at its website or in other media. I hereby give FOI permission to use my image and I authorize the use and reproduction of it by FOI, or anyone authorized by FOI. This includes any and all photographs and/or video which FOI has this event taken of me, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me.
