Onion Valley Trails Day August 19th

Come Join Friends of the Inyo and the Inyo National Forest for some good ol’ fashioned trail work on the Kearsarge Pass Trail.
Where: We will be meeting at the Onion Valley campground parking lot and working on Kearsarge Pass
When: Saturday, August 19th at 9 am till noonish
What: We will be performing much needed trail work from the trailhead and beyond! This may include: brushing back overgrown trail, re-benching trail tread, moving large rocks, clearing drainage…. the possibilities are endless after the havoc wreaked by the wild weather we’ve had.
Please bring water, snacks, sun-pro, eye-pro, and durable shoes for hiking.
Snacks, refreshments, and raffle prizes from local donors and Patagonia will be provided, yay!
