Outright bequest

“I give, devise & bequeath (a specific asset, a specific amount, or a specific percentage) to Friends of the Inyo, a California non-profit corporation and a charity described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID number 77-0389436) with offices at 819 N Barlow, Bishop, CA 93514, for Environmental protection, restoration, and education programs.”

Residual bequest

“After fulfilling all other specific provisions, I give, devise, bequeath ___% of the rest, residuary, and remainder to Friends of the Inyo, a California non-profit corporation and a charity described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID number 77-0389436) with offices at 819 N Barlow, Bishop, California 93514, for Environmental protection, restoration, and education programs.”
