Oct 24 2009 Hike on the edge of the Great Basin in the ruggedly beautiful Granite Mountain Wilderness area in eastern Mono County.
When & Where
Meet at the Highway 395/120 East intersection (north of the June Lake Junction and about 5 miles south of Lee Vining) at 9 a.m. Bring lunch, water and clothing/footwear for a day of moderate cross-country exploration. Email explore@friendsoftheinyo.org with questions, or call 760-873-6500.
